JEREMY KISER ⎮ Construction Administrator
Jeremy Kiser has been working with Civic for more than six years. Mr. Kiser has participated in all phases of work for the office. He is well versed in AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, and AutoCAD Architecture programs. He is also familiar with 3DS Max and regularly works with architectural rendering.
Mr. Kiser’s primary role is to perform contract administration during the construction phase of projects. He has actively participated in contract document interpretation, contractor submittal review, site visitation, payment review and certification, and nonconforming work rejection. Mr. Kiser has also worked on construction projects outside Civic offices.
