Civic Consultants Inc., in association with Brandstetter Carroll Inc., provided Architectural services for the new 40,000 sq. ft. office building that houses the operations of the Kentucky Association of Counties. KACo has been providing assistance to counties in the Commonwealth of Kentucky for over 30 years. This new office building includes administrative offices, a boardroom, training rooms, multi-use conference rooms, records vault, and space for expansion. The KACo Headquarters Building received a LEED Gold certification.
