Mellow Mushroom is a pizza chain franchise store new to the Louisville, Kentucky market. Civic and the franchise owners, David and dana Sims are working together to design a unique store to relect the corporate philosophies and requirements of Mellow Mushroom, as well as reflect the individual needs of the Sims'. Overall, each Mellow Mushroom store must be designed for the site with unique art work in a style that is independent of other stores while still connecting all the stores. Mellow Mushroom doesn't want and "cookie cutter" stores, instead the basic philospohy is to give each patron a new experience as they visit different stores. Thisproject is currently under construction with an anticipating opening date of September 2012
